But if you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with all labels fully attached and within 14 days of receiving the item.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please note that items returned with any stains (including make-up), that have been washed or handled inappropriately will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer. Shipping is not refundable.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us before returning your item.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and we recommend returning your item with a tracked service to ensure its safe arrival. Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase from the KuSan website, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

Receiving your refund
You will receive your refund within 14 days of KuSan receiving the goods back as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. We’ll refund the original payment method you’ve used to purchase.
